We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new culinary program, brought to life by Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne (of celebrated local restaurants Lucques, a.o.c., Tavern, and The Larder).
Styne on Wine
Caroline Styne brings her passion for wine to the Bowl as part of the new Food + Wine offerings. Here, you’ll learn about some of the wines she loves, how and where they are produced, as well as, where at the Bowl they can be purchased.
There is no better place to sip rosé than under the stars at Hollywood Bowl. I’ve stocked all of the Hollywood Bowl Food + Wine venues with a plethora of delicious pink wines. It’s hard to pick a favorite one (I’m a huge lover of all these wines) but I’m pretty smitten with J.Mourat Fiefs Vendéens from the Loire Valley. Made from a blend of Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Negrette grapes, it’s dry and mineral-ly, but tastes fresh, bright and vibrant with strawberry and tart cherry notes. Try it!
The Wine Bar by a.o.c.
The Wine Bar's extensive list features a broad selection of both new and old world wines, to be enjoyed by adventurous and less experienced wine drinkers alike, and paired with Suzanne Goin's signature small plate menu. A refreshing array of soju cocktails is also available.
Wines at the backyard accent its grill-focused menu, featuring fun yet well-made options from "our own backyard" and beyond.
